##Constitutional Description

"Article IV. Section X. It shall be the duty of the Literary Czar to produce and distribute the high quality literary magazine of the Society at least once per annum in addition to all other publications of the Society, and to procure submissions with extreme prejudice."

The Literary Czar is a member of the [[Executive Board|board]] and serves for a full year.

##Eligibility

There are no prerequisites for serving as Literary Czar. Being literate is recommended.

##What To Do

* Produce [[Surgam]]—thrice yearly, no matter what the constitution says.
* The Literary Czar is responsible for organizing Professor Teas. If you would like to suggest a professor with whom the society could sit down for a cuppa and a scone, please contact us at **philoexec@columbia.edu**.
